Course Description:
In the lectures we will go through the evolution of sw development approaches illustrated with real world examples. We will show how to choose appropriate way of developing information solutions within the given environment and project type. We will outline other not so popular but industry-proven advanced process frameworks – from more heavy Rational Unified Process, to leaner and agile Scrum. Based on real-world experiences we will illustrate how to move projects from more heavy methods to agile development methods.
